Abstract

The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. This method is used to describe the dynamics of Local Government Household Services by the General Bureau of Lampung Province. All data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies. The results of the study indicate that, based on the discussion, it can be concluded that local government household services by the General Bureau of Lampung Province have been running in accordance with their duties and functions. However, their implementation still faces various dynamics. These dynamics arise from the interaction between organizational structure and procedures, the availability and quality of human resources, internal coordination and communication patterns, internal service quality, the level of organizational responsiveness and adaptability, and the use of technology and administrative systems.
