Focus and Scope
Liminal: Journal of Social Sciences and Humaniora is a peer-reviewed academic that dedicated to advancing critical and interdisciplinary scholarship on social and human realities in liminal contexts spaces of transition, negotiation, and transformation. The journal focuses on theoretical and empirical studies in psychology, sociology, anthropology, law, education and the arts, emphasizing issues of identity, power, culture, ethics, spirituality, and social change. Liminal welcomes diverse methodological approaches, including qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, and critical–interpretive perspectives, and encourages dialogues between global and local knowledge traditions. The journal aims to serve as an inclusive intellectual platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to critically examine contemporary social phenomena and contribute to the development of reflective, human-centered, and transformative social sciences and humaniora.
